Mrs. Seidewand Eppley has been with Resin Tech since 2006 and built the export department to include consistent sales to over 30 countries worldwide of US-made petrochemical products.

Prior to joining Resin Technology, Carly worked in technical sales & marketing in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, and in investment banking.

She is also a strong advocate for US Exports and testified in front of the Congressional Foreign Affairs Committee in 2015 at the Subcommittee Hearing: Trade Promotion Agencies and US Foreign Policy. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College in Global Business & Entrepreneurship.

Sophie has been with Resin Tech for the past 13 years. As the Global Supply Chain Manager for the Emeraude Group, and the Regional Operations Manager in Littleton MA, Sophie's responsibilities include the management of the Customer Care Department, Procurement Department in Littleton, and the Supply Chain Coordinators around the Globe.

The responsibilities in the supply chain team include the handling of the entire flow of goods sold including the bagging, warehousing, negotiation of ocean freight rates, and tendering. Prior to working for Resin Technology Sophie was an export manager for 19 years in the frozen seafood business. She has a bachelor’s in international business and economics from Wheaton College.

Dean joined Resin Tech in March 2020 and has worked closely within the PVC and plastics additives industry during his career. He is currently responsible for Resin Technology's overall PVC and specialty PVC compounding business in North America.

Dean acquired his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with specialization in polymers from École Polytechnique de Montréal (University of Montreal) . He also holds an MBA from the State University of New York

Kyle is the Area Sales Manager covering the Asia market (NEA/ SEA/ ISC/ Oceania). His key responsibilities include sourcing asian materials. Prior to joining Resin Technology Kyle worked as a Principal Analyst at IHS Market, and as a Sales Manager at Hanwha Solution.
